Collaboration with Mambo Developers
STATE of Architecture is our architectural partner for the project Tierra del Mar, a development that includes several sections, among which four plot areas: Mambo Hills, Ocean Drive, Salt Lake View, and Stone Fields.
For these plot developments, STATE has created a collection of exclusive model homes. Buyers have the opportunity to choose from these thoughtfully designed homes as a starting point for their own property. In addition, these model homes have already been approved by the committee that safeguards the architectural quality within Tierra del Mar and come with the required building permits, making the process significantly smoother and more efficient.
With model homes already designed for Mambo Hills and Ocean Drive, and new designs currently in progress for Salt Lake View and Stonefields Park, this collaboration helps bring a clear architectural vision to the different areas within Tierra del Mar, while still leaving room for personal preferences.
A Different Approach to Design
STATE of Architecture is an architectural and interior design studio with a presence in both the Netherlands and Curaçao. The studio focuses on designing residential projects that combine modern architecture with practical living.
Their work ranges from villas to larger developments, where each design is tailored to the client and the surrounding environment. By combining architecture, interior design, and project coordination, STATE works on projects from the first concept through to execution.
