The Vision Starts to Take Shape.
Next week, the first excavation works will commence on site, marking an important step forward in the development. The initial activities will focus on groundworks and leveling the terrain in preparation for the main road, marking the start of the next phase of development.
Once the road has been completed, the project will become increasingly visible on site, allowing the overall layout and scale of the development to truly take shape. This step brings the vision one stage closer to reality.
Heavy Machinery in Operation for Cleaning Works
Cleaning works have started at Ocean Drive, the first component of the Tierra del Mar development. Heavy machinery is currently being used to prepare the area for the next stages of development.
For safety reasons, parts of the area are temporarily closed during these operations.
